Pups 'N Us

Pups 'N Us is a small, home-based dog care service on Regency Park Ct. in Suitland, MD. It offers cage-free dog boarding and daycare for small and medium dogs. No more than four pups are in care at a time, so each dog gets close attention instead of getting lost in a crowd.

What does a day at Pups 'N Us look like?

Dogs spend the day in open play rather than in crates. They move between an indoor play area and a fenced outdoor yard with nature trails. The kennel's site describes brain games and sensory enrichment, such as hide and seek, along with plenty of physical play. Seasonal extras include a pup pool in summer and snow play in winter.

Rest is part of the plan too. Nap and decompression time is built into the day so dogs don't get overtired or overstimulated.

Services and amenities

• Overnight boarding and daytime daycare, both cage-free
• Climate-controlled indoor play space plus outdoor space
• Grooming services
• Medication administration
• Care for special-needs and senior pups

How does Pups 'N Us keep dogs safe?

Dogs are supervised around the clock. Every dog wears a breakaway safety collar during play, which releases if it catches on another dog or an object. New dogs go through a meet-and-greet evaluation before joining the group, and all dogs must be vaccinated.
