The hotel is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and keeps a minimum 10-to-1 guest-to-staff ratio. A veterinary practice is attached to the building.

The hotel also requires at least one interactive service for each full day of a stay. Choices include group exercise, private play, brush-outs, and rubdowns, priced from $10 to $30, and staff recommend booking two, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Reservations are taken by phone at (215) 365-4555, and a one-night non-refundable deposit holds the booking. Hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Check-ins on Friday and Saturday carry a two-night minimum stay. Tours are welcome during business hours, though dogs have to stay home for them.
