PetCoral Resort & Veterinary

PetCoral Resort & Veterinary is a pet resort and veterinary hospital at 924 Del Prado Blvd. S. in Cape Coral, offering dog boarding, daycare, grooming and cat boarding. Dogs of all sizes are accepted, from small breeds up to giant ones. Because the veterinary hospital shares the building, a vet is on site while pets are staying.

What the resort offers

Boarding ranges from standard suites to two luxury rooms, the Royal Suite and the Kingdom Suite, each with premium bedding, soft music and soundproofing. Standard suites include five visits to the outdoor exercise yard per day. Cats board in their own suites, kept apart from the dog areas.

What makes it different

The water park and pool are the features that separate this place from a standard kennel run. Group play is not automatic here. Every dog has to pass a temperament evaluation before joining a play group. The grounds have 24-hour surveillance, and the building is equipped with a fire alarm and sprinkler system. Staff are trained in animal behavior, canine first aid and CPR, and PetCoral holds membership in the American Boarding Kennel Association, also known as the Pet Care Services Association.

Practical details

The resort is open 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday. It is closed Sunday. Reservations are made online, and proof of vaccination is required before a stay.
