Pawsitively Heaven Pet Resort, Inc.

Pawsitively Heaven Pet Resort, Inc. offers dog boarding and daycare in Chicago Ridge, IL, along with grooming, training, and cat boarding under one roof. Dogs stay in glass-enclosed suites rather than cages, and the resort is staffed around the clock.

What the resort offers

• Cage-free boarding in glass-enclosed private suites
• Doggie daycare with indoor play and artificially turfed outdoor exercise yards
• Grooming, plus training and agility classes
• On-site veterinary rehabilitation
• Webcam access so owners can check in during a stay

What makes it different

The building is set up to handle problems before they reach the animals. A PetAirapy UV air filtration system treats the air throughout the resort, and a backup generator keeps things running during an outage. Staff are Pet CPR certified, and supervision runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Cats have their own multi-level condos with plush bedding, which helps households boarding a dog and a cat at the same time. A retail lobby store and an online store cover food and supplies between visits.

Awards and affiliations

Pawsitively Heaven is an IBPSA member and won the IBPSA Pet Care Business Excellence Award in 2019. It was also named one of the 2021 Best Dog Boarders in Chicago, and it is BBB recognized.
