What the space is like

The building is soundproofed and insulated, which keeps noise down in the lobby and the play area. A clean-air system circulates fresh air through the space every four minutes, and the kennel's signature odor-eliminating fragrance is dispensed through that same system. Kennels are climate-controlled. Staffing is set at a 1-to-15 staff-to-dog ratio.

Sleeping and daily care

The glass kennels are opaque on the sides, so each dog gets a quiet spot of its own overnight. Dogs who board together or need more room can be placed in a private suite. NutriSource food is provided on request, and staff can administer medication during a stay.

On the Ball is open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, so drop-offs work around most weekday schedules. Proof of vaccination is required.
