Now Boarding

Now Boarding offers dog boarding in Minneapolis, along with cat boarding and doggy daycare, from a 23,000 sq. ft. purpose-built facility at 6002 S 28th Ave. The place is open and staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so pickups and drop-offs are not limited to a short window. Dogs of every size are accepted, and the facility takes up to 40 guests at a time.

What stands out

The dog suites come in three sizes, so an owner can match the room to the dog instead of paying for space nobody uses. Cats get their own condos and a dedicated play room with large windows, not a shelf in the dog area. Staff are on site around the clock, which is what makes a 2 a.m. arrival or a pre-dawn departure workable.

Now Boarding also runs overnight airport parking, with round-trip private car transportation included. Owners heading out of town can leave the dog and the car in one stop.
