Mountain View Kennel

Mountain View Kennel is a dog boarding and training facility at 4 Meadow Dr in Blanchard, Idaho, taking dogs of every size for overnight stays. The kennel also runs board-and-train programs and quarterly group obedience classes, so a trip away can double as structured work on manners.

Where dogs stay

Each dog gets a 5×10 indoor kennel with a private outdoor run attached, so dogs can move in and out through the day instead of waiting on a scheduled turnout. Raised beds and bedding are provided. Training and other services

Training sits alongside boarding here rather than off to the side. The owner brings more than 20 years of dog experience along with a veterinary technician background. Group obedience classes run quarterly and last six weeks, and board-and-train stays combine daily training sessions with the overnight care. Canine massage is listed as coming soon.

Published boarding rates run $30 to $35 per night. Reservations are handled by phone at (509) 671-6804, and updated vaccination records are required for every boarding dog. Owners with specific questions, such as an older dog on daily medication, are best off calling.
