Howllywood Pet Grooming and Boarding

Howllywood Pet Grooming and Boarding is a family-owned kennel at 14528 88th Avenue NW in Gig Harbor, WA, offering overnight dog boarding, doggy daycare, and grooming. The family has run it since 1995. The setting is the big draw: five acres of park-like grounds where dogs have plenty of room to run.

What makes Howllywood different?

Most of the appeal comes down to space. The grounds sit behind six-foot perimeter fencing, so dogs can move around and play more like they would on a farm than in a small indoor run. The staff describe their approach simply, saying they treat every guest like one of their own.

Owners who like to check in can sign up for pupdates, which are photos and personal updates sent during a stay. The kennel also handles long-term and extended-vacation boarding for families who will be away for a while.
