Happy Trails Pet Spa & Resort

Happy Trails Pet Spa & Resort is a pet resort at 3590 Draft Horse Court in Loveland, Colorado, offering overnight dog boarding, doggy daycare and grooming under one roof. Owners looking for dog boarding in Loveland will find a facility that takes dogs of every size, from small breeds to giants, and boards cats in a separate area.

What services does Happy Trails offer?

The resort combines several kinds of care, so a dog can board, play and get groomed during the same stay. Key offerings include:

• Overnight boarding in a temperature-controlled, spacious boarding area
• Doggy daycare and outdoor space
• Grooming on site
• Medication administration by staff
• Webcam access so owners can check in while away

What sets it apart?

Safety is a theme that runs through how the staff describe their approach. The facility sits 0.3 miles from a 24-hour emergency vet, which matters if something goes wrong in the middle of the night. The building also gets a deep cleaning every week.

Dogs that don't do well around other dogs can be kept separate during their stay. Happy Trails accepts intact animals over a year old, which helps owners who haven't spayed or neutered. Cats get their own boarding area, away from the dogs.

Practical details for owners

Boarding runs $42 to $53 per night, based on prices published on the kennel's website. Weekday hours are 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday the doors are open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations before they stay, so it helps to have records ready. Reservations are made by phone at (970) 663-7297. Calling ahead before holiday travel is a smart move for any boarding kennel.
