Greystone Kennels

Greystone Kennels is a traditional dog boarding kennel at 11035 Hades Church Road in Greencastle, PA. It has 16 indoor/outdoor runs and accepts dogs of every size, from small breeds up to giant ones. Cats can board here too.

What are the runs like?

Each run is indoor/outdoor, so dogs have space inside as well as access to the outdoors. Floors are porcelain tile, and every run has a raised bed so dogs aren't sleeping on a hard surface. The building is heated and air conditioned, which helps through both humid summers and cold winters in south-central Pennsylvania.

Runs come in various sizes, and some are set aside for giant breeds. That matters for owners of very large dogs, who often struggle to find a kennel with enough room. The kennel's site says the run sizes let owners match the space to their pet's stay.
