Donovan's K9 Services LLC

Donovan's K9 Services LLC is a training-focused dog boarding and dog training business in Huntington, WV. It offers structured overnight boarding, board and train programs, and private lessons. It suits owners who need care for their dog while they're away, or who want help with obedience and behavior.

What services does Donovan's K9 Services offer?

The business pairs boarding with hands-on training. Its main services include:

• Structured overnight boarding
• Board and train programs
• Private one-on-one lessons
• Obedience training and behavior modification
• Owner education and follow-up guidance

How is it different from a typical kennel?

Most boarding facilities focus on care while the owner is gone. Here, training is the core of the work. The business describes its approach as practical and individualized. Programs are shaped around each dog's temperament, history, and goals rather than one fixed plan.

Owners stay involved as well. Follow-up guidance is part of the service, so the habits a dog builds in training have a better chance of lasting at home. That focus on everyday routines, like leash walks and household manners, shows up throughout how the business presents itself.

Who is it a good fit for?

It fits owners in Huntington and the wider Tri-State area who want more than a place to drop off their dog. Dogs that need work on obedience or more challenging behavior may benefit most. Owners who only need overnight care can ask about structured boarding on its own.

How do owners get started?

Booking is handled online through the website at donovansk9services.com. Owners can also call 304-533-5464 or email donovansk9services@gmail.com with questions. The site asks owners to share details about their dog's behavior and goals up front, so the right program can be recommended.
