Day Hill Kennels

Day Hill Kennels offers dog boarding, dog daycare, and cat boarding at 136 Addison Road in Windsor, CT. The family-owned kennel is open seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and reservations are taken by phone at (860) 688-2370. Grooming is available too, so a bath can be worked into a boarding stay.

Inside the kennel

Boarding dogs get their own suite, and the building is climate controlled through both Connecticut winters and humid summers. Each dog also has a private outdoor exercise run, fully covered for shade and protection when the weather turns. Cots and bedding are provided, so there is no bed to pack. Bowls are sterilized stainless steel, and fresh water is available 24 hours a day.

Food, medication, and diets

Bil-Jac food is provided as the house diet, and owners who would rather keep a dog on its usual food can send it along. Staff will administer medication for pets that need it, and special diets are accommodated. Proof of vaccination is required for every guest, dog and cat alike.

Rates and booking
