Cared For Kennels

Cared For Kennels offers dog boarding in Richland, WA, along with daycare, from a 5-acre property at 1940 Jones Road. The owners live on the premises, so dogs have supervision around the clock instead of being left alone after hours.

What does a stay look like?

Dogs stay in indoor and outdoor runs, and they get let out multiple times a day. The property has two sizeable grassy areas for play and potty breaks. The indoor facilities are heated and air-conditioned, so dogs stay comfortable whatever the weather is doing outside.

The kennel provides bedding for every guest. Owners are welcome to bring a favorite blanket or toy to help a dog feel more at home.

Services and amenities

• Overnight boarding for small, medium, large and giant dogs
• Dog daycare
• Medication given at no extra charge
• Heated and air-conditioned indoor facilities
• 24/7 supervision, with the owners living on site

What sets it apart?

The pricing is simple. Feeding, letting dogs outside and giving medication are all included, so owners don't pay add-on fees for everyday care. That fits how the owners describe their goal: treat each dog like one of their own and send it home happy and a little tired.

Because the owners live on the property, someone is close by at night. That can matter a lot for dogs on medication or dogs who are new to boarding.
