Where dogs sleep

Suites come in three tiers: Junior, Executive, and Lodge Cabins. Kuranda bedding is standard in every one, and the Lodge Cabins add flat-screen TVs running animal-themed programming. Nightly rates run $60 to $75, based on the resort's published pricing. The building is climate controlled throughout.

Play and daily care

The outdoor play area covers more than 8,000 square feet and is secured, with dog-safe playground equipment and seasonal water play. Indoor play space is available too, so dogs still get activity on hot or stormy Texas days. Staff can administer medication and feed a special diet when a dog needs one. Daycare runs alongside boarding for owners who need a place for the workday only.
