Camp K9 Pet Resort & Day Camp

Camp K9 Pet Resort & Day Camp is a dog boarding and daycare facility at 4934 Felland Rd. in Madison, WI, and it boards cats as well. The property covers a 7-acre wooded setting, and the fenced grass play areas add up to two acres, which the resort bills as Madison's largest outdoor play yards. Dogs staying overnight get three play times a day out there.

Rooms and play

Dogs are booked into one of three suite styles: Classic K9, Pampered Pooch, or Bed & Biscuit. Bedding includes Kuranda raised beds, fleece pads, linens and pillows. Bed & Biscuit suites have individual TVs, and Pampered Pooch suites have TVs running in the corridor. Cats stay in private Kitty Condos with multi-level catwalks and their own outdoor patios. Play can be booked as group sessions or one-on-one time, depending on how a dog does with other dogs.

Practical details

The office runs 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are 7:30 to 11:30 a.m., and Sunday is a short afternoon window, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Plan drop-off and pickup around that Sunday block if a trip ends late in the weekend.
