Camp K9

Camp K9 is a boarding kennel and training facility on W. Seltice Way in Post Falls, Idaho, offering dog boarding, daycare, and obedience work under one roof. The kennel is open seven days a week, and reservations are made by phone.

Boarding and daycare

Runs come in sizes that fit any dog's age and build. The building has a heating and cooling system, so the indoor space stays steady through Idaho summers and winters. Dogs get time in one of two large play yards, either alone or in a group, depending on what suits them. Toys and play equipment are part of the setup, and there is pool time in the summer. Nightly rates range from $48 to $107.

Training

Training is a large part of what happens here. Certifications held at the facility include Certified Master Trainer, Certified Police & K-9 Agitator, CGC Evaluator, and Certified Pet Care Technician. Programs cover basic and advanced obedience, on leash and off, along with behavior modification for dogs whose habits have become a problem at home.
