Kennels and the daily routine

Each dog gets a private indoor kennel with an attached 14-foot outdoor run and indoor/outdoor access all day. The exterior runs use an open-air design, so dogs can see their neighbors from inside their own space. The indoor area is temperature controlled with central heat and radiant floor heat, and air conditioning and industrial fans keep it bearable when the weather turns hot. Two dogs from the same family can share a kennel.

How play time works

Play time is one-on-one with a staff member, in sessions of 15 or 30 minutes. Staff use either the play yards or the office, and the kennel does not run group play.
